With an ideal South Beach locale, just north of world famous Ocean Drive at 15th Street, Royal Palm South Beach Miami is an oceanfront resort situated within the coveted and culturally rich area of South Beach, Miami.
Royal Palm South Beach Miami pays homage to the original Royal Palm Hotel’s rich history, keeping intact many signature elements of the original architect’s design. The compass rose on the terrazzo lobby floor, original green glass reception desk and porthole windows in the lobby lounge have all been preserved and restored.
Our resort provides guests with a location offering direct beach and Miami boardwalk access and is immersed in luxury retail on Collins Ave., and only blocks from Lincoln Rd. and Espanola Way, offering endless entertainment and dining options.
Our Valet Parking is $52 plus tax per night and Daily Parking is $44 plus tax. The following items are going to be charged to our guests upon request and availability:
- Microwave: $30 + tax, one time charge per stay per room.
- Refrigerator: $30 + tax, one time charge per stay per room.
- Roll-away bed: $30 + tax per night.

Guests can dine at Florida Cookery, a casual dining experience serving breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
A daily resort fee of $33 plus tax applies per room, per night, which provides the following benefits:

History
The Royal Palm was built in 1939 as a four-story resort and expanded to seven stories two years later.
Shipping
Guests may ship packages to the hotel at a rate of $5 per package. If the package is not picked up after 5 days, there will be a storage fee of $5 per day.
Parking
Parking is valet only – $52 plus tax per night and $44 plus tax for daily. Alternatively, there are public lots and garages on South Beach that guests may use.
